After removing the footwell, now you can see tabs that are securing the USB port center console in place. Now, push those tabs and remove the center console with the help of a tool.
Step-2: Remove the bad USB port:
After removing the footwell from the driver side, now go to the passenger side footwell. When you already remove the center console, you should be able to see a clear view of the assembly that is encasing the USB port. Remove the bolts that are located on the both side driver and passenger and remove that assembly.
Now, you need to disconnect and remove the bad USB port from your Jeep Wrangler.
Step-3: Install New USB Port:
Now, it’s time to install a new USB Port into the same location and connect it with the wires.
